COST: 90€ | Registration includes a deck of 27 healing cards with original thangka paintings custom-designed for this unique practice and an accompanying practice manual with the explanation from the Yuthok Nyingthig. 40€ for 27 high-quality printings of healing cards.
If you own this card set already, you pay 50€ for teaching, if you plan to come in person, vegetarian meals and simple sleeping facilities are 15€ per day.
What are YUTHOK’S HEALING ACTIVITIES?
Yuthok’s Healing Activities is a unique method of spiritual healing from the Yuthok Nyingthig tradition that utilizes the power of visualization to clear away illnesses caused by energetic imbalances and blockages in order to restore health and vitality. It is an extension of Yuthok’s Outer Guru Yoga practice (the first in a series of four Guru Yoga meditation practices) and can be used both for self-healing or for benefiting others. In this program, Dr Nida will offer empowerment and transmissions for the Yuthok Nyingthig Preliminary Practices (Ngondro) & Guru Yogas, for practitioners who wish to connect with or begin this cycle of Vajrayana Buddhist practice. Dr Nida will then teach on Yuthok’s Healing Activities, a special collection of spiritual healing practices especially effective in treating diseases caused by negative influences as well as energetic imbalances or blockages. After receiving these teachings, students who wish to engage in Yuthok’s Healing Activity practices must complete Yuthok Nyingthig Ngondro and Outer Guru Yoga retreats, to be offered by Sorig Khang Estonia in autumn and winter 2022-2023. (All are welcome to attend this workshop and to use this practice for self-healing. To use this practice for healing others, one must first complete a seven-day ngöndro, seven day Outer Guru Yoga retreat, and basic education in Tibetan Medicine such as Root tantra or Tibetan Kunye training)
