NEJANG TEACHER TRAINING with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang
Tibetan healing yoga, known as as tsalung trulkhor, is divided into two main parts: the preliminaries and the actual practice. The preliminary part is called Lujong, meaning body training or body exercise. These body exercises help to balance internal energies, open the channels, and relax the mind. One division of Lujong is called Nejang, meaning cleaning the energy sites in the body. This is used especially to re-balance internal energies for healing. The practice was transmitted by Puton Rinchen Drub (1290 -1364) in his Kalachakra teaching system. Nejang is also typically used by Tibetan physicians and is recommended exercise for patients.
